The
Sims 3 will feature a new game engine that EA said has been in
development for three years. The game will expand upon the open-ended
nature of the best-selling franchise with new open neighborhoods, a
Create-a-Sim feature, improved personalities and more customization.
The game has only been announced for a global release on PC.
EA said that The Sims franchise has sold a staggering 98 million units to date worldwide.
